Have PM'd him on a few occasions, without reply, and has regularly been on the Zone since.

Sold me a `Half Recaro Interior`:

My comment is at the bottom.

You still paid by paypal so you can still claim through paypal as Item not as described.

Goto Paypal, dispute console, open dispute.

Or just money claim him, he'll get a court summons, if he doesn't reply balifs will come knocking, if he does he doesn't have a leg to stand on anyway!

Diwspute now opened with Paypal for the purchase price. The Ԛ£50 courier charge will have to wait.

each seat should and the rear bench so 3 parcels x Ԛ£8 = Ԛ£24!

Including collection from your home/office and online tracking.

You can test it by standing on some bathroom scales whilst holding it and doing some maths.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/24HR-DOOR-TO-DOOR ... dZViewItem

and sorry its 30kg for less than Ԛ£8 though, check it out.

I work in fashion and have to organise tons of logistic crap, so I know where the bargains are, even if you have a parcel force account its Ԛ£5.50 (per 40kg) so to a member of the public that is an awesome price. We have accounts all over the place but if we are working away from the office these gys are cheaper for us than our normal courier,

I've also opened a dispute in Paypal because I've been out of pocket for nearly 2 weeks now and I'm not best pleased. No reply as of yet. Will probably give it till Monday to make the claim...

I've asked Mark320i to get things sorted asap, he hasn't been online for a week, so maybe he is on holiday? doesn't make up for the state of the interior though! :D

Well if he is, he could have told me. I'm just sat here, Ԛ£240 down with no idea what the hell is going on.

And to be honest, after seeing the state of that interior, I'm quite reluctant to accept this diff. Who knows what state that thing is in... :?

I have Pm'd him a number of times, while he was still posting as well, but no reply.

PM now received:

`less 2303 i did pm you back because im not trying to stich any one up, if you wana make a claim you can mate cos i brought it off someone else they said it was half leather so i also assumed it was? that makes two of us now. im sorry mate.`

`Sorry` really doesnt alter the fact that im Ԛ£100 out of pocket!!

Apparently, Paypal disputes only cover non delivery and not `Item not as described`. Here is a copy of what I have received from Paypal this morning:

Our investigation into the following transaction is complete. As stated in
our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the delivery of
goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of
goods received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or
issue a refund.

Looks like I'll have to go the small claims route now.

What I cant understand is that he's admitted they are not half leather, but will only issue a `Sorry` and not a refund!

By making me go the small claims route he is only going to end up out of pocket further!

so what hes saying is he got stitched up so has in turn stitched you up to cover his losses? what a tosser.thats another on the 'not to be trusted' list.surely he can at least be banned from here after admitting it so no one else is cheated by him? :x

Please lets not making this a slanging match,

We can't ban someone for making a mistake, if that's what this is. If the guy was truly out to get someone I'm sure he would not have stuck his balls on the block for Ԛ£50...

I hope Mark320i does make good and return all / some of the monies, but then I'm sure he might also want his interior back...

This is really a private affair between two individuals, not a public affair.

As a MOD i can't see what we can do, other than keep things civil,

Re:

Mark, I agree that it is a private matter, but I dont want others to have the same problems, after all, thats what the feedback section is for!

It may be a mistake about it being half leather, but as for the statement about its condition, there is a big difference between slightly worn, and two big holes.

Either way, nothing short of a refund is acceptable, and of course the item is available for collection should he wish to do so.

Re:

by dazleeds
total pisstake if ya ask me

just cos he gets stitched dosent mean he can stitch someone else up and just walk away as if he,s
not at fault

items arent as described therefore less bought in good faith
so therefore he should pay up and go sort it with whoever he bought them from

theres far too much of this going on recently

and if action isnt taken the whole site will go to shite

Re:

i cant see how someone can genuinely mistake slightly worn part leather for non leather full of holes after admitting he was ripped of too. as daz says this site is already going to shite by the amount of people doing this sort of thing .which is seemingly unpunishable

offered him a full refund by the way guys, not here to stitch anyone up.
as for you fuzzy mind your own fucking business mate its "tossers" like you who
get involved when its got nothing to do you!
