Bought a load of parts from this guy about a month ago.
Engine turned out to be a 2.5 litre instead of a 2.8, after weeks of trying to come to an agreement he eventually gave me a partial refund just for the engine.
Since this time i have uncovered other problems, the z3 rack he sold me is actually an e36 rack.
One of the rebuilt rear disc conversions he supplied has a completely shot bearing.
The calliper carrier is missing.
Reply to my emails and sort this mate, you have caused me no end of trouble with this transaction and i'm still picking up the pieces and have to sell all the unwanted stuff you sold me.

He has now replied and is unwilling to take any responsibility for this, he wants me to send everything back when he knows i need most of the parts and keeps resorting to this option because he knows i don't want togo down that route.
Just sending back the wrong parts was never an option, all or nothing, and seeing as he won't admit liability when he got the parts back he would probably say well these weren't sent like this to Paypal and i'd be without money, parts and months behind on my build. He wouldn't refund until he got it all back and i paid and organised a courier too, a process which drags on for weeks if the person on the other end doesn't play ball, which i knew this guy wouldn't from his attitude.
Hope I or anyone else on here doesn't have to deal with this person ever again, luckily i've already received some sort of a refund for the biggest issue but this still doesn't excuse the other ones.

If he has offered to take everything back,
what more do you want?

Partial refund was given for the first problem, then other problems started arising as I was starting to build stuff up/ sell stuff, so i have sold some of the parts plus all the other issues i mentioned above.
So put simply i cannot send it back.

You bought parts from some one with little input to the forum, he's been here less than a year and all they do is sell
Rogue trader
As always, it's buyer beware

That's a fair point but everyone has to start somewhere, myself included having only recently got into E30's.
We're still on talking terms so fingers crossed it may get sorted.
