I bought an m20b25 engine to rebuild from will.It was supposed to be a good runner.When i stripped it i found a big crack across a headbolt hole in the block and the cam bearings were very badly worn.I sent him some pictures and a couple of emails.He arranged a full refund and had it picked back up.I would have no hesitation of dealing with him again as everything was sorted quickly and very professionally.Full marks from me

I have try to contact you by email about some parts that I buy from you, but you seem busy, so sorry if I write here.

1.crank shaft m20 b25 that I buy from you has bend I has check it at machine shop and it is bend 0.14mm. the jurnal is good and it is standart but the crankshaft is bend.

2.do you remember you send to me cyl head complete?
crankshaft badly worn, 3 inlet valves bend, almost all rocker arms badly worn and 1 is broken, also rocker arms shaft is worn.
the cyl head alone is good no crack, a few bearing jurnal worn but not too bad.

what we can do to resolve this problem?

note: for camshaft and 3 bend inlet valves, I have buy replacement from other e30zone seller, call sweep.

You're clearly not sorry.
You said at the time that it was not a problem RE the SLIGHT bend in three of the valves, and we dismantled another head for you and put valves, rockers and another camshaft into a package for you.
A long time later you then informed us you had bought new items from Germany and/or bought used ones elsewhere.
This head was on a car that ran just fine, but we split it as we found the one rocker with a hairline crack in it. It is so long ago I cannot remember, but either you mentioned you were going to replace the rockers or else I included a spare.
Regarding the package with all the pieces you were ordering, we packed it initially in May. Then you decided you wanted different stuff, so it was opened and repackaged a month later. Then this happened another time. THEN you asked for pictures another month later, and changed the order again. You still had not paid for the items. We opened the box, unpacked everything, took photos and then you changed the order again to only a few of the items we had kept on hold for you for months without payment.
A 25 year old used crankshaft has a variance along 760mm length of 0.141mm? Seriously.

I order from you twice, the first package was cyl head with cam etc and the other package was crankshaft.

the first package arrive with cam worn etc, I was very dissapointed but you only said sorry, but I still positive about you. You don't give me replacement but you want me to buy another with price, I'm still keep your email.

I thendecided to buy another cam, and bend valve from sweep for replacement, you can pm or ask him if you feel I'm make a story, because the cam from him has arrived to me, this cam I has show you to your email, that said what was your cam compare to this?
and you said that no cam is better available in my stock than yours. do you remember?

the reason I buy another cam from sweep is because you don't give replacement and you give price for replacement, I still have email from you.

I'm and then still buy again from you because I think this is only misunderstanding, and you send crankshaft to me.

I go to machine shop, and check it and the result the crank has bend 0.141mm does is it good?, you can trust or not but it is bend, and I will buy another from sweep if you are think I made story, you can pm him or paid him for me.

the third package I was not trust you, so I want you to make picture for every parts you want to send me, but frankly some of them is not suit or I feel not good for me, so I only buy the parts that I see is good, this I show you my good will with little positive.

and you angry to me, why? you send broken parts to me and I still buy and you are not grateful to me?

I'm from overseas with money and trust buy your parts, and you blame me, with some reason that I don't do.

I have money but if my money I put on broken parts this will drain my money.

You have in this business for a long time, you should know which is good and not.

the price for parts is small compare to the delivery cost that I spend, crank shaft is 40gbp but delivery cost is 26kg (76x16x16cm)=141gbp

Bought some chrome bumpers off sskoda, arrived on time, really, really well wrapped! Better than described.

Cant ask for much more than that!
