Does this really work?
I'm sceptical I can see the science behind it, but surely it places extra stress on the paint which could crack or peel.

I have a couple of old vw polo panels coming soon to practise machine polishing on and am tempted to try this.
I'm not convinced it will work on all dents tbh

according to some of the coments on the video the dent needs to be pretty big with no clear crease or fold, and fresh. But I can't see the freshness of a dent having anthing to do with it!
I would love to give it ago but not on my sport, I'd crap myself!

A mate is a Dent Removal technician he gets behind the dents with various tools and pushes them out and the results are 100%.
Noticed he does use heat on large panels bonnets and the like via a 500 watt halogen lamp looking at the video i would say it is feasable as the panels steel fibres will act differently and move hwen subject to large temp changes.
Frenchmeister.

when i was learnin my panel trade one of the guys was paintless dent removal i learnt abit but he didnt show too much as he didnt want anyone stealin his trade, but once you get the hang of massaging the dent from the outside working you way in to the middle finding the pressure points it aint half bad, he was really good and its very effective on smaller dents...

I think the freshness of the dent is due to the metal being softened as it is dented and then hardening up again as it sits undisturbed.
