alright folks,

which dash cleaner do you people use/recommend.

i currently have the autoglym vinyl interor cleaner, yukkk  leaves a nice shine but when you touch it, it attaches to your hands, leaving a dry/slippery feel, can be dangerous when stearing.

recommendations please?

thanks.

hi

i have found many try to make things shiny
usually with silicone
fact is the dash was never shiny from factory

i use 3 products

go here

http://www.erazer.co.uk/

then go to interior and exterior section

i use Plastic-Vinyl Cleaner
to clean the area

then i use

cockpit premium to add the matt factory look

very very good
i also use 303 protectorant depending on what iam looking for

but u must use a cleaner first as you will be expecting new product to look good on the shiny shite autoglym stuff

hope it helps

john

used autoglym stuff and it did an alright job, howver in the summer I found a nice shiny dash to be a pain as it reflects onto the windscreen and can make vision a little hazardous at times.

exactly. i use matt dash and stay away from these shiney polish products. doesn't attract the dust as much either.

Find yourself some 'Finishing Touch' by AutoSmart

Spray it on the cloth, wipe it over - the more you rub it the duller it gets, you can use it in ur doorshuts, window rubbers anywhere - doesnt leave the silicony residue like most do - smells fab too
