Well done! Looks mint! I use a few Meguires products, the tech wax I find very good and the endurance tyre shine, but will try the hot shine next, what do you think of it? Also how did you find the mirror glaze? Is it an after wax product? I've been using Autoglym high gloss stuff.

The hot shines ok, not as great as they make out, but never really is. You can't beat autosmart silicone tyre dressing. You apply it with a paint brush and that stuff is shiny! On this occasion I used the mirror glaze first as it had a bit of dust on. It says it's a high lubricant and can be used to remove any contamination. You dust it over, apply evenly with a microfibre and buff off. Really pleased with it. Then finished with the carnauba wax. Again great stuff. What's the Autoglym stuff you've been using?

Pretty sure it's called High gloss protection or something similar. Hopefully it does what is says on the bottle. My e30 is white so it's hard to notice even when you spend a day on it but my mrs's car is red and it worked wonders on that ( see my good day for TLC thread a couple under this thread )

One of the most inexpensive and best products I have ever used is autoglyms super resin polish.

Lovely result there,
There are other options for LSP's beyond Wax, I have a very nice pot of wax for when the feeling takes me...
If you wanted a more permanent solution for shine I have a few suggestions but won't go on about them here as I'm not paid up as a trader on here yet...
Dimebag, dude you can get a good result with SRP but its very temporary and more like a plaster for a broken leg as it just covers the swirling in the paint. I'd recommend having the car corrected once and then maintained safely to avoid swirling it up again. PS- throw up some more pictures of your sport, its awesome!
Actually now that i am a detailing gun for hire i'll pm on of the mods and ask about what i can and can't advertise

Yeah I understand that mate, but even after machine correction I like to apply SRP maybe every couple of weeks, the shine that comes with it is just beautifull.

This wasn't done because it needed paint correction, it was painted not so long ago. Just gave it a wipe over and starting to get plenty of wax on it for when I put it back on the road in April. It's the first real polish and wax since the repaint. Going to be keeping on top of it though. Goosie you into your detailing?

If there's something I can help out with let me know.
