Im bringing my e30 back to its former glory and need some advice on what i can use to make it shine.
Ive got a dodo juice clay bar kit for this weekend and was thinking along the lines of dodo juice orange crush and meguiars wax to finish then a decent sealant?

If you use a wax you will not need a sealant

Thanks kos, whats the difference between a wax and a sealant?
What would give best results on bronzit?

Waxes are natural (well the contain natural ingredients) they do come is paste and liquid form
Sealants are synthetic and a usually a watery consistency

I love my waxes and as a rule are easier to apply, most of the new synthetic sealants are designed to go on to paint, perfectly clean paint and if the paint isn't clean you'll have problems with the application

The paint shouldn't have any traces of polish/compound/wax etc

As for what I'd you on your car, it all depends on what condition your paint is in to start with

The tried and tested stuff available for autoglym and meguires is fine. Autoglym super resin polish still does its job and brings life into old dead paint. Finish is off with the HD wax and you're on to a winner

The HD was is good, glossy and durable

Cheers mate, think il stick to waxes, always used cleaner, polish then wax.
Been using meguiars 3 stage kit lately and works well.
Im goin to try the dodo juice clay kit tomorrow then meguiars polish and ive got some dodo orange crush on the way to try.
Car has been sat few years. Couple of small scabs which will be sorted once its on the road or possibly a respray in bronzit again.
Il stick some pics up after the clay action 8)

Sounds like you've got enough kit to do a good job. The orange crush should give it a warm glow :D
