Thinking of using silver hammerite spray paint to refurb a set of 16s I have laying around in the garage this weekend?

Not too fussed whether I get a exact matched in the current colour, just want them to look nice once finished.

Anyone had experience using this paint or should I avoid using it at all?

thanks

hammerite would/could give a decent finish is you take time with the prep. i used normal halfords car spray tins on my wheels and it lasted for a couple of years without any problems.

If you do hammerite them ffs dont use lacquer on top as it will react.

This is piece of steel hammerited, right side is lacquered. 8O

Just use normal Silver car paint, with Laquer ontop as above.
