wheel paints

hey guys, im looking to refurb my wheels but cant find much info on what paint is used to coat them, they are not powder coated but the color was dark chrome when i brought them new a few years back, the finish is not chrome, nor is it the normal alloy color, its kinda in the middle lol, any ideas on who might sell such paint?
