Where those plastic clips go on the door card, the hole is damaged. Does anyone know what I can use to repair the split hole?

You mean the cardboard panel Mo? It's not easy, I've never been successful. Hopefully someone will come up with a fix we havn't thought of before as it would make a good sticky.
Problem is, once the cardboard is split and blown, theres no way of compressing it back together and give it some strength back.
Probably best start looking for a better panel.

Yeah I guess. Not going to be easy finding one in Pearl Beige though.

How easy does the vinyl/leather peel off of the hardboard ?
I've seen it done on other cars where they have made a new hardboard card form the old template and then glued the material back on.

Mo, can you take a picture so that I can see what you're talking about. I have some ideas, but it would help if I can see the offending item.

I bought a tatty card with a good backing board and had this done by a motor trimmer. He didn't charge much (also getting other stuff down) and it came up pretty well.
