How to remove damaged B-pillar?

Hi guys just got my first e30 a 318is. Lovely car, but some idiot has tryed to break into it, and as a result the B-pillar cover on the door is bent as if a screwdriver has been jammed between it and the glass. I really want to replace this cover as it spoils the car but i can't work out how to get it off, any ideas?
