The rear valance on my 320i SE is rusty, on an otherwise rot free car. I have blasted out the bad bitÔš's, and treated it with a rust inhibitor, and I reckon I could do a reasonable job of repairing it with filler, and respraying it, however the painted surface of the valance is knobbly rather than smooth, so I either need to smooth the whole valance out, or create the same effect on my handiwork. Sounds like more trouble than itÔš's worth.
IÔš'm not familiar with body kits Ԛ—a is there a low-cost rear apron I could put on there as an alternative that looks in keeping with the standard SE look?
Stuart.

wot you need is schultz it is a underseal just make sure you get the stuff you are able to spray over and leave it a few day to dry. it is hard to find but it is the best. best to try a body shop

Thanks. I found what I wanted on ebay. Its a fibreglass rear spoiler that covers over the rear valance.... nothing too fussy. IÔš'm going to spay it alpine white, and in the mean time, I have completely removed all traces of rust, used some fibreglass filler, and sealed with an underbody coating. Makes the car look mint again
