Chrome sideviews mirrors?

Hi guys,
Have any of you seen this on an E30? I'm trying to find pics or sources of mirror caps/covers (if they even exist)... but haven't had any luck.

I've seen crome m3 style mirrors on e30. Looks pretty shite. I think it spoils the look of e30. Chrome fits mercedes and other big blingy cars, but not the e30

You may as well rap your standard mirrors in tin foil as they will look just as good as any after market chrome jobbies....

Maybe im an out of date dinosaur but i much prefer colour coded mirrors,or i have seen some sweet corbon fibre ones on a racer last year, i got taken to castle combe by my mate to look after his baby on a track day( a 400 bhp TVR griffith with a 5ltr rover v8).

lol, thanks for the input! I was thinking that with some polished wheels it might tie in nicely, but was curious to see how bad it could be before mocking some up myself.
