What's the best/easyest way to remove the original tweeters from the tweeter pods (mirror triangles)? I would like to replace them with my JBL tweeters but the original ones are glued into the pods.

get a sharp blade and cut:slice out. the glue that holds the tweeter in is quite brittle; so you should be able to prise it out once you have serated the glue:

I assume from that post, you can buy the covers without the tweeters fitted then?

Nope, the new mirror pods come with shite Nokia tweeters already fitted. You can't buy empty pods.

Sharp knife or a Dremel are the tools of choice for removing the old ones. I use silicone sealer to refit the replacements.

Cheers,

Ian.
