hi all,

im just wondeing i have about a budget of Ԛ£100 to spends on some components and was wondeing what makes model you zoners can recommend.

i dont mind pushing about 10 - 20Ԛ£ more.

also what about amp, ive no idea on those thing lol.

Well i would go for Infinity's or Pheonix Gold, as your limited to 5.25 inch speakers in the footwells. The best thing to do would be to build or buy some doorpods to fit in some 6.5 inchers.

As for the amp i wouldn't scrimp on this as i consider this to be the most important par of the system. See if you can find a cheap one of these on e-bay or if not go for a rockford fosgate.

I've got two of these and a dual mono which i've hade for years and they are excellent.

My flatmate has just got some high end alpine 5.25" components in, sounds good. Does anyone sell just the mids? I've got tweets and xovers from a set of focals but the mids have died...

Focal are good, for that money i would recommend them.

I have heard about Rockford Fosgate component speaker, thats fantastic...May be you can go for either P152S(5.25") or P162S(6.5"). The price is almost the same...Thats all

I just replied for the component for u, i also found that u need amplifier. If you go for Rockford Fosgate P162S (6.5")component, It will come with a good sound with the Rockford 4-channel amplifier which is P450.4. U will find that is so great and u cant drive without it...Thats all and its depend to ur budget. For the package which i told u, is worth the money u spend for ur system...u can't believe until u have it on.
