Flush e30

I have flushed my door handles and was thincking of doing the same with the back number plate doz any one have some pics of a e30 that have been flushed..?

maybe there is no point, but it really tidies up the rear end. i think they look great.

i think it does look better but get a decent bodyshop to do it as ive seen a couple of crap jobs recently were it had cracked all around the plate that had been welded in

Not gd imo, tho the door handles i'm thinkin of myself, how did you sort out door opening, door pops? (so pop open adjar once unlocked) or pressure pop in the door panel or something

boot soloniod on the inner handle rod and conected to the central locking .....so it open by remote ....pritty cool at house party's ...LOL

il do the flush work my self .......did all my own body work so far

gives it that boy racer look imo plus you have to fit the number plate lights in where you re-locate plate so it's legal and mot pass

what happens when the remote battery goes flat and it doesnt pop,that wouldnt look so cool at the house party

i do like the look though and if you do the work yourself at least you know its a good job done

imo it sort of looks ok if its not thrown at the bumper, but its gotta be done well, not ala saxo/ nova. personally i like the black trim behind the number plate, sort of sets off the rear lights nicely

For the battery going dead you could have a push switch behind a panel that flex's a little (idea from the gto in triple x, the movie) and would look pretty good to open your door in that way but you'd be fcuked in the security department after everybody know's it's there, so nobody can know, would just be a back up of the remote. should work tho if also you got it to turn off alarm/immobiliser ect

I reckon that smooth plate recess affair looks total shit.
I do like the bootlids smooth without spoiler or bmw badge-now that looks cool
