E30 Zone

Hi guys,

I just purchased the follwing kit! My only questions are:

- Do I need to use a speed pulse generator? My car is a 1990 Mercedes 190E 2.5-16

- Also i heard something about pre out leads for an amp? Do i need one?

Does anyone out there have any experience of these speed pulse thingy's and if they are needed!??

I'm not 100% sure but I think for some sat navs you need a speed signal ie: speedo. And the RCA's, only if you have a amp, if not then just plug in the plug at the back, might need an ISO adapter. Nice head unit!!

thanks! wanted to keep it german! im not a fan of lights everywhere...less is more!

with the old mercs its hit and miss if it has one or not!!!! the wire is behind the clocks cos the older cars were still cable driven speedos!! good luck the clocks are a nightmare to take out..... i think its a black wire
