can it be done?
im willing to sacrifice the split in the name of style over function
also coz its easier to find leather in a 4 dr than it is for a tourer
whats the verdict lads?

I think they would 'fit', but the hold down points that hold the seat base in a saloon are non exsistant in the touring, the lower securing point for a saloon seat back is in a similar place in a touring, but the upper securing points for a saloon seat back don't exsist in a touring either, it could be done, but would require some modifications obviously, and something to cover up the back of the saloon seat.

not though about getting the rear bench recovered in the leather of your choice?

could go for some red and yellow with blue piping!
or maybe jsut black, like everyone else.

That's what I'd like to do as well! Don't have the

tho' and not likely to have for quite a while. I'm on shoestrings again!!!! Just found out the rear suspension bushes want doing. .......And it's got 2 busted exhaust manifold studs. Both these will need doing before the MOT in July.
