BMW for me. Makes your car look like a coupe when its on. I have some pictures of my colour coded one in the GENARAL SECTION. It's under the heading Booty wagon at Extrem Wheels Show. Have a look and make up your own mind

Its the BMW hardtop by a long way. I have two. Its all personal opinions. The colour coded BMW hardtops look great.

Personally I dont like those Wiesmann lids.

Cheers Gareth.

Larzc,

I actually drove to Glasgow for my blue one, I paid the very top whack Ԛ£1000.00. Thats about 4 years ago.

I had to talk the previous owner to split it from the car he was selling. An early Motorsport with colour coded chrome.

And my Black thats on my Motorsport, Ԛ£750.00.

They make a big difference.

So both my tops came from owners selling their cars. A little gentle word in the ear.

Cheers Gareth.

I paid Ԛ£950 including delivery for my colour coded BMW one. It was a bargaing especially as it included been delivered to Southampton by the seller and it's money, well spent in my eyes. It makes such a big difference to things like the sound of my ICE and the general look of the car. I've seen non colour coded ones going for the same money (sometimes even more) that i paid for mine, so i'm well happy. Especially when you consider the hard work involved in colour codeing one from scratch. Just keep an eye out mate. They turn up from time to time.

No real problems at all on my two convertibles, as long as the roof is folded correctly in its housing. Im sure you know what im getting at.

I seem to be able to get a Wiesmann top new from London. Is it a matter of taste or quality? Would Wiesmann tops be as good quality wise as original?
Thanks

Joe.
