Recaro seats

Hi guys
Will any model recaros fit the e30 recaro subframes?
Been offered a pair of cossie front seats and want to make sure they will fit the e30 bases!

you'll need to make some brackets mate, i had some fiesta rst seats in my old 320i years ago and i had to make some brackets for the subframes to get them to fit.
in my 325i now i have the genuine recaros from m3 evo

Cheers for that. Thought that maybe the base was universal to Recaro and only the variation was how the base fitted to the car. Guess i'll be keeping an eye on the parts for sale section then!

the bmw seats are recaro styled they are not actually recaros thats why the subframe is different.
there was an option for genuine recaros made for bmw these are the ones i have. they are pretty rare though

Hmmmmm yeah i realised that there is a difference between the bm sports and the recaros but if you had the e30 recaro subframes would any other recaro seat fit to it in theory or where the seats that recaro made for bmw tailored to bmw subframes?

yes with mine i can fit any recaro seat on the subframe

if you can find the bmw/recaro subframes you'll be sorted
