E30 Zone

Hi all I recently purchased a set if 16" 9j borbet a's hoping to put them on my e30 as I've seen a few with them fitted and thought the looked good... Done a trial for yesterday and it looks like ill need to space them 10mm? Can any one with some knowledge on this help me out? I also need to decide on a tyre size to keep the thread within the arches... I was wanting to go 225/40/16 but I don't know if this will be enough. Any words of wisdom?

I run 9js all round on my touring, I've rolled the arches and run 5mm spacers on the front.

Tyres I run 195 45 16's on the front and 205 45 16s on the rear.
