E30 Zone

Need to replace my aerial as the electric part stopped working, so I disconnected the live feed from the head unit but now it slowly slides down through the duration of a day, which is a pain. I'm not overly bothered about going electric again unless someone knows of a good but cheap alternative, but reception is poor round our way so I'd rather pay for quality.

Any suggestions?
