Rear tweeter sizes for the touring

As above - can anyone tell me what size the tweeters for the touring are? Believe they were a premium option on these cars.
Also, any recommendations for bang-for-the-buck speakers to fit - by which I mean as cheap as possible without being trash.
The car just has replacement 5 1/4s and a modern panasonic head unit. It wouldn't have the factory amp (middle of the range 316i), so it's just the output from the head unit. Probably putting some factory door tweeters in so I thought I might as well get some in at the back.
