Hi guys,

Just installed an E36 Business RDS Cassette Player and I think it looks the nuts, if you like standard stuff!

I did have a slightly counsil pioneer in there before and i couldnt stand it... It has to be Black with orange lights!

Immensly OEM but the power output would be something I'd dislike.

That does look like it was meant to be there from new. Many problems wiring it up?

BMW badged alpine kit as their own at this time, so all E36 stereo stuff is high quality. I the same unit in my E36 touring, with the 6cd changer and factory uprated 10 speaker setup, volume and quality is not lacking :D

you can get the single cd players from the late rover 25s when bmw owned them, they have the same bmw round pin connection just a little rewiring and you can hook up a changer to them!!!! one i found on ebay.

No problems wiring up cos i managed to get the loom and plug so i just rewired it up to the loom on my car.

Yeh i thought about the Blaupunkts fitted to Rovers but i wanted a cassette so i could put in an aux cable...
