Hi All

I am new to these so not entirely sure what to do. I am searching far and wide for some alpina replica wheels. They seem to be extremely hard to find and was wondering if anyone out there who may know were i can find some or if anyone is looking to sell a set. I am extremely grateful for any help on this one.

Cheers, Sean :)

You can get them off ebay, not the most popular set of wheels on here

They're made by BK racing, if you didn't already know that much.

BK reps was my 3rd set of wheels on my e30, My only issue with them other than how heavy they were is that the centres are made of platic r easy to nic and damage easly when removing them

abrahamsmotorsport.com also has them. They have the Kopi version with the rounded lip. Also heavy and soft. Though they look nice when clean.

Do they actually flex when "pulling some serious lateral G" ? Or is that just a myth? And when you get genuine Alpinas, they're not actually better, they're just like a placebo?

i have a set of reps on my red IS, and they are fine, i think they are solid personally, (except for the centre caps!)

I'm pretty sure I've seen them flex in a strong wind. :)

ive been hit head on with a truck with my rep being pushed through the bulkhead. it was still straight when checked but i binned it anyway just in case.

until i see actually proven test results i take the weakness, buckles easily etc stories as old wives tales. wheels on sale legally in the uk have to comply to a british standard . who can say for sure a different wheel would have behaved any differently if hit in the exact same manner and force?
