seat swap from a e36 into a e30

would seats from a 2 door m reg e36 be a straight swap in to a h reg e30 could you please help me.

Not a straight fit, but have seen them fitted.

ive got renault leather seats in mine , right pain they were to fit , but were worth it.
see if the e30 seat frame will fit on the E36 seats if not mod them to fit:) there was a guide have google search for it.
