Subwoofer under rear seats?

You know how, in old black and white movies, the sleuth goes around inside the mansion, tapping and measuring, then finds a hidden room within the walls, because the measurements don't add up... well, there's one of them under the rear seats, isn't there, and I though it might be the perfect place to hide a sub, with some holes in the front.
Am I right, or insane?

The fuel tank is actually 2 "seperate" tanks. They are connected by a pipe.
You could if you really wanted to remove one of the tanks, make a cap for the pipe, and move the sensors as needed.
The deeper tank is the passenger side.

Ah...

That really is one of those "Why didn't I spot that" questions, isn't it... must be all the drugs. Thanks for taking your car to bits just to show me Jordan..

you can put 2 6" subs boxed under the front seats if u really wanted. The rear quater panels are also good for 8" mid woofers if ure good enough with fibreglass

Wow - somebody still reading this thread after all this time! Sadly the E30 is long gone, replaced by an E36 M3 - AND I'M STILL TRYING TO SELL THE SUB/AMP ETC AS ABOVE! Any reasonable offer, etc etc.
Best wishes to all E30 enthusiasts...

Hi mate - I don't know, as somebody else built it for me. I'll have a look at it tonight - I think he gave me the little manual that went with it.
Cheers
