You didn't say if its a MTEC I or MTEC II kit you're after, but if its any help there's an MTEC I kit on ebay at the moment.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 4547779352
Having said that I thought the MTEC I kits came with complete bumpers, not just the lower valences (???) as advertised.
Maybe another zoner can advise but I've just bought an MTEC I kit and it came with complete bumpers.
Hope this is of some help
Oh yeah, definitely buy a genuine second hand kit, not an after market one .

Ive got a fibre glass kit for mine. overall quality, i think, is very good. its not yet fitted. it does look a game and a half to fit, but we'll see.

yeah its me alright daz, ive primed the kit but not yet fitted it. but i'll do as you suggested and use the existing bumper as a mounting point. im debating weather or not to use the door 'pods' or just the lower skirts.
i was the same def wasnt gonna use the pods they just didnt look as good as the originals
it seems the best way me stepdad could come up with and hes a top man when it comes to fibreglass hes done it all he looked and said to use the bumper inserts as it needed the strength plus it gives you a solid fixing best of luck mate hope you get it on nice cheers Daz
