[b]Non OEM M-tec fitting guide.[/b]

Hi guys. I've aquired an M-tec II 3-dr kit for my cab. I know, i know its not original (which is naughty of me) but im simply not paying those prices. I do however have the time and patients to get it on and looking good. Its got no mounting points or any visible sings of how to fit it. So, who's fitted one? who's gonna help? is there an easy way? any tips and hints would be great! TOM. (plus im missing the front right-hand side arch panel, any one got one spare?)
