Converting to business radio/cassette.

Hi Guys,
I have obtained a BMW business radio/cassette and want to fit it to my 1988 318i that has a standard Pioneer radio at present. My problem is that I need an adaptor for the aerial fitting and can not for the life of me find one. I can easily find an adaptor to convert from the business radio to a standard but not the other way round!
Can anyone point me in the right direction please.
