My Touring came with no speakers in it, I'm going to be using it much more over winter so want to get a radio in there at least.

After much searching, it seems that I need 13cm speakers for the stock front locations.
But I cannot find a consistent answer for the rears, some people say 10cm, others say 13m?

So, is it 13cm front and rear? or 13cm front and 10cm rear?

Cheers!

10cm in the original boxes, but using adapter you may be able to 13cm...

When I upgraded my system, there was no way 13s were ever going to fit in the original pods. I had to bin the pods and fit the speakers in the side-panels.
If anyone has actually fitted 13s in the pods, I'd be very interested to see how they managed it.

4"(10cm) MB Quart or RF mids fit in the OE pods quite nicely, and there is suficient room to fit a tweeter in there as well.

As there's very little room between the speaker pod and the boot trim, getting a 5 1/4"(13cm) speaker in there is pretty difficult.

Thanks for the replies guys.

So, I'm definitely OK with 13cm in the front and 10cm will go in the back without any work?

For 13cm in the rear touring pods, check this thread, post #34, page 4 :
