Finally got the tweeter for my pods. I removed the old nokia tweeters, magnet first, then the plastic ring with waterpump type pliars. Photos below, tweeters are MB Quart DTD19 and fit very well, ill be sealing the edges with black silicone so they are secure.
More pictures of the entire install coming soon.

Hi Moz, just about to do the same thing as yourself, how did you get the old tweeters out? I don't want to use too much force as the pods are pretty delicate. Thanks

Can you speak more on the crossovers you're using and how you wired them up? I need a set for my tweeters and I'm not sure what to use. Thanks!

I used a small screwdriver to carefully prise out the magnet part (comes away relatively easily) then remove the grills to stop any damage (they just push out) and finally gripped the plastic ring part with needle nosed pliers and (again carefully) twisted slightly to break the glue seal and then with a little force they just pulled away. Worked a treat with no damage to pods.

Nice neat job, I've got the pods and the new tweeters waiting for the same treatment, once I get out of work for a minute :/

I'm in the process of doing this myself.Got the old ones out, but my new ones are different in shape to the old ones and have no flat flange, so to speak to glue to the pod. Anyone come across this before and best methods of fixing them in?
