tech 1 turbo help

I am goin to turbo my tech 1..... firstly because i am on a buget i'm not goin to use management at first but run it all through my air flow meter. i knoe alot of you dont agree with this but where i work at ferrari we have an f50 twin turbo running the same deal sill really but ne way , the question is why should i do this?
i am goin to buy a turbo kit from the US and use a de comp plate and two head gaskits and strong head bolts. has anyone ever done this ?
also when i do get management i'm goin mega squirt and i know there are three ways of doing this fisrt is to build the kit your selfcost about £275.
go for pulg and play megasquirt .... how much dose that cost and how easy is it to fit?
