Everything else is easy compared to the electric work which has to be done in that swap..

As far as I can see, the best (and only really practical) way is to go buy an ECU that is capable of running the dual vanos and possibly the fly by wire throttle (is the MCoupé cable throttle or fly by wire?).
This basically means spunking £2000 on a Motec M800.
If you can stomache that then you're in for an awesome engine......

Not quite. I assume it covers the electrical side of things, which is where the real problems are, but, assuming you are converting a RH drive car, you will have problems with the exhaust manifolds that the Yanks don't have (steering shaft), and solutions available for the inlet plenum/ brake servo issues that the Yanks can't use.
