				M10 is bombproof dude.
Give it a once over, decide on a turbo and engine management then away you go.
It wont be "Cheap" but it WILL be rapid

Ant what gains are available on one of these engines with "said" holset turbo as above? (inc MS, exhaust)
200bhp achievable?

Would have to be at least 250 to be worth a rebuild surely?
This is one of my planned future conversions, nice n light and plenty of poke

Really? As much as that! It would appear that this conversion is flying low on peoples radar. "Bombproof", light and with enough power to embarrass tons of motors!! Imagine, a stripped out, caged, M10 Turbo.

Thats gona kick any standard M3, even Evo Sport into the next century!
I like it.

Actually on re-reading that...you say 250bhp to be worth the hassle. DOH!!
Well lets run with the idea of 250bhp is possible.
...do you think anyone noticed i made a boo boo there??

There is a guy in the states, getting 350bhp(400+ at the fly) at the wheels on an m10 but with gas. He does 11 second quarters. Very cool

i think 500+ hp has been done by swedes on these, good and tight made the 350+ hp with just a manifold adapter, do some searching and you will get the idea how they are made, quite simple

				A little bit off topic...
I'm currently running a Carb M10B18(just rebuilt) in my car but i also have an M40B18 sitting on the garage floor. I want a turbo or a supercharger but don't know which engine would b best to do the conversion....M10 or M40.
Wats your opinions?

Thanks
