Megasquirt issues (maybe one for gunni, fowler, ant)

Been a while since I have been on the forum, My turbo project has been off the road for a while now, I have few bits done, now I'm ready to start it up. Had to get another megasquirt, all built and tested.
I have installed
New injectors part no. 0280155968 42lbs High impedance.
originally I had chu346's low impedance 0280150804
In tunerstudio these were set up as high impedance

Been wanting to do a dead time calculation but seen as I have ms1 I don't have the option, my new injectors are flooding the engine, getting a lot of backfire and no start.
My req_fuel is calculated in tunerstudio as 6.1ms for the 42lbs whereas the old injectors were set at 7.2ms and was running fine.
Also went wasted spark as per Gunnis post in another thread with this coil pack

Correct me if I'm wrong, top 2 banks closest to the plug are cylinders 1 + 3 and bottom banks are 2 + 4
