Guys,

I'm hoping to get my Clio Servo fitted ASAP but need to the space for the MC. How have you lot gone about measureing to workout what size spacer you need or is it just trial and error?

Cheers
Dave

One of these -

down into the servo and onto the push rod, the push rod needs the be extended to the same height as the E30 servo pushrod

Ahhh feck, think the E30 servo has been thrown out.

Think I just used tape measure into the E30 servo, then made a bullet style spacer that was 23mm long. Having read through previous swaps though that length differs +/- a few mil.

E30 servo pushrod is normally always flush with the face of the servo

One face is flat (the MC end) and the other is sunk, so it fits nice and snug on the servo. Picked it up from E30BeemerLad's build thread.

Cheers fellas. I'll have to make the assumption that all E30 servos have the pushrods the same length and go measure one of Jims.

Just measure the distance from the end of the pushrod on the clio servo to the face of the servo, that is the length your spacer needs to be. There is a bit of adjustment possible on the clio pushrod too
