E30 Zone

Hi everyone. im in need of some asistince. I am thinking of putting a s38b36 moter in my 320i 2door. Has it been done before because i did not see any topic on it and what do i need. Is it posible to put the 6 speed trany in as well and will a 323i LSD cope with the added power? any advice or asistance would help plz
