What are you going to use for air filters as i am not going to use these any more, they are brand new ?
Not the best type of filter but they might get you going ?

nice one mate what size are they? how much u after?
Want to run filter socks on them then take them off for show
EDIT: Got the engine in today

my car is officially a 2.0L now!
on the stand ready
in the car

The engine is in !
The filters are about 60mm internally, 100mm externally and 110mm long.
They just slide over the trumpet and are fastened with a cable tie, they are like K+N filters in that they need oiling and cleaning in a similar way.
I think i paid 35-40 (?) quid for them so how does 20 quid sound ?
I can bring them to Donington if you want ?

I was wondering what happened to this!! Very cool

by bmw02rally
Nice one!! About the same as mine.
I got a 4into1 manifold from Jaymic which is good apart from the pipe from number 1 cylinder stops you being able to get to the spark plugs
Fritz bits do a nice Manifold though.....
I made the exhaust up myself using 2.5" pipe from Jetex. There website is good
http://www.jetex.co.uk as you can choose what you need.
You can't beat the sound of a 4 pot at 8000rpm on sidedraughts

. Good luck
Regards
Mark
