NOTHING you can run approx 10-12 PSI on a stock engine if its in good condition ! poor condition one you will have to look into a rebuild then turbo
was a brilliant conversion wish i had kept mine now on a good run i could get over 40 mpg
HTH
Cheers

il probly rebuild it anyway just to be safe
how easy was putting all the turbo on and together?

its the manifold as no one makes one it has to made by hand was quite easy TBH only ever had one issue i always wanted more boost. LOL
Why rebuild just bolt it all on and just go then source spare engine rebuild it to better spec and then run it with more boost.
You will need some better brakes TBH otherwise it will end in tears

yeahh haha
wel il get an engine and build it and get it al ready for when i take the engine i got atm out il bash it ou in a weekend

well i have a favourable discount not sure as the others Ant had to rebuild them as they had engine issues to start with and this sprialed the costs so its hard to say without getting a fgull estimate from Ant @ A-Tech 01959534718

I've had a ride in both these M40 turbos and they were brilliant fun. Very quiet in gathering speed, great torque, low weight and suddenly you're going pretty fast without the drama or noise of a six pot.
