The first picture is of a 525td manifold, with the bolt holes heavily ported and one side notched. This gives you a td04 flange i believe:

The second shows the diesel turbo mounted on it, this is a backwards mitshibisi turbo, with the inlet facing towards the bulkhead and the exit towards the front of the car, which makes for the interesting bit of exhaust downpipe:

Heres the exhaust downpipe which is interesting to make up shall we say:

That should give you some ideas, but there are better ways to turbo an m20, and i'm sure alex, ant and mark will see this thread and give you some more ideas. But this setup does work, and does work well

Thanks for your picture. anybody have the picture with garrett t3 or t3/t4 turbo ?, First I'm plan to use Mitsubishi turbo( td04 ) for my 2.7 but My friend tell it's too small for 2700 because it's from 4g63 that 2000 cc so I'm looking for KKK K26 and T04E

i wouldn't reccomend td04 for a 2.7 that already has quite alot more torque at the lower rpms. t3 would be better, speak to ant or mark i guess is you best bet. Or visit e30tech.com. For some reason they don't think the 2.7 suits turbocharging aswell as the 2.5, but i'll be buggered if i can remember why.
