Thought I'd slam this on here.. mainly because I'm bored and enjoy winding up purists
Bought one E30 316 that's about bollocksed...
Removed this....
To get this.....
Then took one of these....
And removed this bit.....
And jammed it in here (mucho gracias to Rob for the mechanical fiting and Clive for the electrickery, I'd have been knackered without you).
Took it out for a spin and scared myself shitless (because unknown to me, Rob had wound the bleed valve out by something like 5 turns) and declared myself in love.
Hauled ass to TDW 3 and pimped around like a real cool dude making "Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap... Tish!" noises.
Then I wanted a 'cooler, so....
FMIC is on!
(not quite finished in the pic, but you get the idea).
Time for uber booooosts!
Although it looks bad with the front off, we've been at the car again.
Bad pics, from phone.
Ooooh, she is sexy.
HARDCORE with the front back on. Leaving the bumper off methinks ;)
Wheelz bought cheepz from Trig. I likes a lot.
Oh, I so do love this car long time.
Went up to the farm to get the ol' shitter running again after chomping the front out for the FMIC.
Got the fan all fitted up. We haz clearances!
My biggest complaint about the car has always been he exhaust note. When I got it, it was fitted with a Scorpion backbox. Wehn we fitted the engine, we removed all but the very quiet Scorpion...
Obviously not good enough... so... GTFO!
Check out ma SAVAGE exhaust y0! Got it for cheap y0! TAIIIGHT!
ZzzzzZZzzzzap! (thanks Clive).
I haz tha JDM goodnesses. Sounds the bollocks too. YouTube of tha noises y0!
After the Horatio debate I thought I'd trial fit it. Waddya reckon? I'm undecided.
Decided on without in the end
And here's how it stands... getting ready for TDW5.
Let the shitstorm begin!

Scuze my ignorance, but what was the donor car, I don't recognise it? What engine, turbo etc. Any specs you'd like to share?
Nothing wrong with a welded diff - if I were into drifting or dragging I wouldn't use anything else - so no need to apologise. Dead kittens = collateral damage .

Just guessing here, but I think it may be an Isuzu Piazza Turbo

isn't it an S13?????? god all these buddy jap cars look the same!
Running without an airbox for extra aeroplane noises, a bleed valve for extra powerz, a dump valve for extra tishyness, a dirty great intercooler off of a Volvo 740 Turbo for more intake cooling and a Savage chavomatic exhaust for extra Brapppyness.
Now on the lookout for free or cheap spare parts to make more powerz. Anyone got a T25 from an S13 or a T28 from an S14?
Got dibs on a set of SR20 injectors to glue on (might have to take the fuel rail too mind...) and if I find an Apexi SF thing for extra mappyness in a skip somewhere I'll have a crack with that too.
All totaly unrelated turbo fed car parts that can make this go faster for very, very little money gratefully recieved.
Apart from the seats... car still owes me under £200....

And here is mine with a Toyota 3SGTE engine, for more riceyness, with GT3267 turbo, and the body from an R5, for less, err , E30ness.
Under £200 Well done dude, that's amazing.

Never mind the bloody kittens, 37 purists are right now sitting in their Garage queens
with hosepipes attached to their OEM exhausts and their sub 5k engines quietly
pumping carbon monoxide into their mint never been shat in interiors.
Cars are Not for having fun in young Man, kindly desist this anti sociable behaviour right now,
or i shall be forced to compose a missive to Munich.

You is full of funniez, yes you are ;)
Now the (very poor) Zoner shite is out of the way (it had to happen) - I've got to say, I'm disappointed at the amount of abuse I've recieved.
The Zone changed hands or what?
A year ago I'd have been bannzZZzored. Or at least called a fascist or summat.
Might even be able to hang around here now the penis entourage seem to have buggered off.
And yes - it's AWESOME fun.
Murran - key swap at TDW5?

Due to the current economic recession verbal abuse is currently in limited supply. However, for a small fee I can assist .

Yeh, still plenty of 316's out there. I can't really imagine the day when someone says "Honey, I'm just popping down the Haynes Motor Museun in Somerset to see one of the few remaining examples of a 316 E30 BMW"

Ok fair do's.
However..... I have got what Mason keep calling a tech or something that's got a mildly spanked quarter (looks like a 2 door 325 with a bodykit to me ), and that's getting similar treatment.
It's parked next to a Volvo 740 Turbo... and sparky weldy things are probably going to start happening very soon.
