got a welded diff on my 320 cab and normal diff on my 325i is it possible to swop them over ? :cool:

the 320i will have a small case diff, the 325i will have a medum case diff. both are interchangable.
you'll need to keep the output flanges on the diff as they're different between each type. also, you'll need to adjust the length of the prop a little, there's an adjustable collar for this halfway down the prop, loosen the nut and slide it to the correct length

I swapped a 320 and 325 diff between my car four times and didn't have to adjust or swap anything. Just lucky I guess.

I had to adjust the prop length on mine to go from small to med case, I don't think you need to change the output flanges unless it came of something that wasn't an e30.
