This thread is hopefully going to be a good resource for the odds and sods that you need when undergoing engine swaps and FI conversions.
Car Builder Solutions
CBS are a good source for electric fans, hoses, electrical parts, exhaust parts.... And a whole load more.
South west props
Suppliers of ball joint rubbers
Stagonset
Stainless fixings & Mikalor clamps. All kinds of nuts, bolts & washers in stainless and you can order the qty you need rather than the bag of 100 that most local fixings places want to sell.

I'm restoring a sport and would like to find a simple way to get a load of new screws/bolts, washers etc - are these the chaps to talk to ? Do they do car specific kits ?

yeah they are the people to talk to they just do generic bulk packs or specific bolts and nuts, the bulk packs are on this page:
