another M50 in a e30

hiya people im new to all this sort of thing well putting a differnt engines in differant cars if i was to carry out this conversion what parts will need to get hold of like in a list form !!!
Also is the conversion tricky and also whats the out come is the car much diffrent power and perfromce wise has ome one alreay done a step to step guide on this engine conversion before.... thanks for all the help and info steve
