Lovely looking car.

I'd love to build a good track car. Some of these winters I'll get around to it.

Steve, love your car, it could be a twin. I've got a trackday 325 tech 1 sport that looks near identical. black body, black wheels, stripped and caged. Done Donnigton which was great then had problems at LLandow. Planning a trip to the Ring in Autumn!!!!!!!!

Mmm, could be a Black E30 convoy??? i've got a Diamond Black Tourer converted to take the tec 1 kit + metal bumpers, Black rims, fully stripped out, rebuild early 2.5 - desparatly in need of a cage fitted!!

Nothing to write home about tbh but, a fun car none the less, keep us informed if you do make plans for a trip over there please.

Neil.

Here's what a 320i can do with a cheap suspension upgrade and some nice tyres (Toyo R888s)

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=TnCg9SB_1SI

Otherwise it was virtually standard; full interior etc.

Have you looked at northloop's thread on his track car build? Lots of useful stuff there.

Alright Steve, cool car mate, looks well on track. I'm hoping to get back there twice next year, i am defo there the august bank hol, a load of lads i know with GSX-R's are going and i'm tagging along again. I did it on the may bank hol, but i had my Impreza STi then. And i'm hoping to do an earlier visit myself. Hopefully if it all goes to plan we could meet up. :D

Just about to get my 325i Sport sorted for a couple of trackdays before the year is out. Got a drift day booked at Oulton on the 26th and a trackday the following week. Also at Oulton. :D Can't wait.

yes and no, busy first thing, steady all day then mad the last hour!
you pick your own time to go out, you can usualy judge the amount of traffic on the ring by the q at the gate! :)
