Looking good! Rear arches look fun

I had to cut off jacking points today- ended up with an 4x8 hole in passenger footwell, but its all back to solid metal, ready for welding

That's fair bit of rust. Sometime I wonder why we put ourselves through this, then I open her up and smile from ear to ear.

now for a few thank yous,
to dean and nick at motermex, havant for all the welding and paint and the long hours and all the hard work, and doing the work for a very fair price with no problems at all, and for doing such a stunning job, i cant say thanks enough really, cheers lads
thanks for taking the above pics while doing the work
thanks also to iain h27, for all the advice, the bits and bobs, and sorry for hurting your head with so many phone calls over the past year or so, we got there in the end thou mate,
and thanks to all the zoners who i have got parts and advice from, and the inspiration to do this car, it should really have been weighed in for scrap
i have done as much work on this car as i am personally capable of doing, i cant paint or weld so i left this to the pros, i done little things like changing the doors, the glass and window mechs, fitted wings, lights etc, and gliptoned and scufffmastered the interior
