my new toy now with new pic with bbs's 14/6/07

hi guys yet another e30 i bought

you'll probably remember her she was from a fellow zoner (burnout)

bought her 12 days ago
changed some bit since
firstly took that dtm exhaust rite off
repaced with standard with chrome tips
cream leather interior out too replaced with grey leather interior inc carpet
tax and moted
changed wheels with bk alpina reps(others were bucked)
sump
rad
drilled and grooved disc alll round
other then that all ok
oh yea ball joint and rear bushes advicesed on mot but did them anyway

future plans:
sort out rear screen (little hole)
sounds
and put my bbs splittes on her

Lovely car....the splitties won't suit it though imho... nice dop

Looks brilliant. I like alpinas on cabs. Any idea what the drop is? Looks 60/60?

no wheel suits the e30 quite like the alpina.anyone who disagrees with that is obviously insane and shouldnt be listened to. 8)

I quite agree with you fuzzy but splitties are nice too as someone said to me Alpina's have been done to death everyone has got them. I'm looking for a set of 18" Reps if you know of anyone who has for sale

there was a company that was selling them for around £400ish new with no tyres iirc. ill see if i can find a link for them. :thumb:

Cheers m8 that would be good I have got 17s at the moment but look to small and I think splitties would be to expensive just now this car is costing me a fortune restoring it haha

makes me feel quite :cool:
the bbs are gonna be spayed silver insted of gold
and see how it looks if i dont like it im gonna spayed them dolpin grey.
as for the drop i dont knw waht drop i think 60/60
alpinas are very cool but i prefure azev a
bbs are my favourites but it might be to low

willl see anyway
definatly will post some pictures when i decide

No wasn't me haven't been to knockhill I have been to crail a few times when we had the mini. I notice that you are from Broxburn though I come from Linlithgow. once the car is on the road will meet up at with all you guys hopefully be around August by the time it's finished.

This guy was so impressed with how they looked on my Zed that he went to the same dealer and bought a set straight away!

AFAIK I was the first in the UK to have the 18" reps fitted and I still have the dealers details. I'll dig them out tomorrow and PM them to you....

From what I can remember, the wheels, tyres, fitting, wheelnuts and lockers were £650!

Like I said, I'll get you the number tomorrow....
