Meguiars shampoo is excellent stuff.
For best results Wash and Dry, Clay bar, polish then wax
Better get to the gym first Ritz and tone-up on the muscles, you'll need them. Oh and don't forget the spinach too

I just use meguiars soft wash and top up with pure carnauba wax about once every month
