Just got her back this evening so I took a couple of pics, shame the weather's so cr4p, sigh....oh well, enjoy!

New arches, hole in boot repaired, rust on boot lid repaired, small dent in wing sorted. Basically the whole bottom half of the car, including bonnet, boot and spoiler was repainted and the door pods/skirts were painted and fitted. Mirrors and door handles were also painted 8)

My budget didn't extend to sorting the sunroof, which is a bit rusty and doesn't sit quite right - lets the car down a bit now

Crystal clear front indicators are on order, as are a set of angel eyes. Either all red rear lights or smoked - can't decide - suggestions?
Other plans for the car are lower suspension (definately needs it!) and a 2.7 in the near future 8)

Cheers guys for all the kind comments. The general consensus seems to be what I was thinking....LOWER IT!!!!!

*....puts suspension at top of shopping list....*

But new suspension means new bushes

*....puts bushes second on shopping list....*

Sigh, I wonder did I win the lottery.....

Looks the dogs mate. I just fitted clear lenses on mine, well pleased but wasn't to impressed with the optional chrome bulbs...........not very bright.....a bit dangerous so i fitted orange ones and just wafted a bit of silver paint on the front in situ. Brighter light and same "invisible" effect
www.body-kit.co.uk Ԛ£15.31 +vat+Ԛ£3.50 p+p with bulbs.
By the way, where did you get your repeaters from .

love it ciara. the door handles look excellent. i'd put sorting the sunroof before lowering every time... it's easy to fit springs but depressing if the roof starts to leak...

Ciara - it looks lovely now, bet your well chuffed... would be nice to get that sunroof sorted next as that is the sort of thing that will niggle you....

I have a couple of bits which niggle me on mine, but I won't be able to afford to do them this year unfortunately...

Reckon it'd look perfectl on a 60/40 drop :thumb:

Plus IMO go for the all-reds at the back, they look great on red cars :D

Zayan - yes, I definately think all reds in the way to go

Looks sweet - just out of interest, how much was the repaint if you don't mind me asking. Mine has a few superficial rust spots and needs a new rear arch. Wouldn't mind getting an idea of cost.

I agree with everyone else btw, a 40 drop would finish it off nice. :D

The respray was Ԛ£2000, but as I said that involved repairing both rear arches and 1 front, a dent in one wing, two holes in the boot, rust on bootlid, rust on sills and door bottoms. They also painted and fitted the door pods/skirts (which is why one of the front arches had to be done - it was pure filler apparantly and the kit couldn't be fitted to it 8O )
The only thing that wasn't sprayed was the roof and a bit between the lights and front bumper.

So I think it was very good value for money :)

Just in case anyone in the West Sussex area is interested, I had the work done at Leewards Body Repairs in Worthing. They do some very fine work.
